SIMPLE START ® (US PAT# 5,706,774 / 6,799,545 / 7,185,623):

Description: Fuel enrichment starting system, which is incorporated, into diaphragm carburetor. Requires activation of starting lever to open circuit which allows fuel to be pumped into venturi for enhanced starting.

Advantages: Typical two cycle product requires user to activate choke and pull rope until they hear a pop "false start". User is than required to go to partial or no choke and continue pulling rope until engine is running. Simple Start eliminates the need to listen for False Start. Engine continue to run after initial firing.

TWIST START®:

Description: Fuel enrichment starting system, which is incorporated, into a diaphragm carburetor. Requires activation of starting lever to open circuit which allows for fuel to be pulled/sucked into the venturi.

Advantages: Typical two cycle product requires user to activate choke and pull rope until they hear a pop "false-start". User is than required to go to partial choke or no choke and continue pulling rope until engine is running. Twist-Start® eliminates the need to listen for False Start. Engine continues to run after initial firing.

LIFT-START (US PAT# 5,942,160 / 6,142,455 / 6,231,033):

Description: Fuel enrichment starting system designed for use with rotary valve carburetors. Requires activation of starting lever to lift barrel to allow more fuel to enter for fast-idle start.

Advantages: Eliminates need to listen for false start. Engine continues to run after initial firing.
