Designed for servicing Zama Carburetors. This tool kit includes one Welch-Plug Removal Tool, three Welch Plug Installation Tools designed specifically for Zama Unique Welch-Plugs, one Main Nozzle, Removal Tool and two Main Nozzle Installation Tools. When servicing a Zama Carburetor it is important that you have the right tools, so be sure to purchase the ZTK-101 Seven Piece Tool Kit.

NOTES:
Welch Plug Removal Tool - When using the welch plug removal tool be careful not to damage the area below the welch plug. Hold the tool at an angle and pierce the welch plug gently. You could damage idle holes if you go to deep with the tool.

Welch Plug Installation Tools - When assembling the welch plug select the tool that matches the profile of the welch plug. Lay the welch plug in the cavity of the carburetor and use the tool to press securely in place. Once you have pressed the welch plug in place it is best to use sealer like "SEAL ALL" for the sealing around the welch plug.

Nozzle Removal Tool - Before using the nozzle removal tool make sure that you remove the main mixture screw. Do not remove the nozzle unless you are certain that it is not working. If you must remove, note the nozzle height and press the nozzle out gently.

Nozzle Installation Tool - Make sure the main mixture screw is still removed before assembling new nozzle. Install nozzle with tool to height which was noted when removing nozzle. After assembly re-install main mixture screw.
